Real Estate Accountant + Property Manager

Our firm is looking for a team member that has an expertise in accounting, taxes, and property management specific to real estate. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting. The successful candidate will be an exemplary leader who consistently strives to provide high levels of customer service. An exceptional candidate will have real estate industry experience including, but not limited to, accounting, billing, tax preparation, property management, and the ability to evaluate the financial aspects of properties and identify any potential liabilities.

• Prepare property taxes, manage accounts
• Gather and organize financial and legal documents for properties.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual agreements.
• Manage properties and tenants
• Assist with the coordination of the workflow in the office.
• Maintain and update contact information in databases.
• Communicate with tenants and property owners.
• Complete administrative tasks such as drafting letters, preparing reports, and arranging meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 per year depending on experience

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
