A growing outpatient practice in Southwest Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a high-demand Wound Care program with vascular involvement supporting Fort Myers and Naples .

This is a great opportunity for an APP who enjoys procedures and wants strong physician support in a stable, team-based setting.

Highlights

• Outpatient wound care with vascular overlap
• Hybrid role: clinic + local field visits
• No call / no nights / no weekends
• Full-time or part-time (minimum 2 days/week; ramp-up available)
• Competitive compensation: $150K
• W2 or 1099 options
• Physician oversight + structured training provided

Ideal Candidate

• NP/PA with active Florida license
• Wound care/vascular experience preferred (2–5 years ideal)
• Spanish bilingual preferred, not required
