• Join our IVF team as an Administrative RN, working closely with the IVF laboratory, surgery center, and clinical teams.
• Schedule IVF procedures via email and phone.
• Review consents and physician orders.
• Provide and communicate pre-surgery instructions.
• Coordinate communication with IVF laboratory, clinical teams, and physicians.
• Maintain patient charting and updates within EMR.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate environment with physicians and patients.

• Valid, unrestricted RN license in California with no prior history of licensure issues.
• Preferred IVF experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with some weekend coverage.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance.
