Nurse Practitioner - Concierge Emergency Medicine - 10a-6p - 32 hours/week

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner) you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in our clinics with the supervision/oversight of an attending Physician. This role supports adult and pediatric patients for cases that would usually be treated in a traditional emergency room.

Beverly Hills - Full Time - 10a-6p - 32 hours/week. Rotating holidays and weekends.

• Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan for urgent and emergent care within the scope of emergency medicine.
• Perform medical procedures including IV access, fluid/medication administration, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, point-of-care testing, and EKGs.
• Formulate differential diagnoses and treatment plans for urgent/emergent care outside a clinic setting as needed (home or other settings).
• Triage patient needs, assess concerns, and determine the appropriate care path (in-center, virtual, or at-home).
• Perform video telemedicine consults when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Physicians, nurses, and technicians to discuss assessments and care plans.
• Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including collecting specimens, performing point-of-care testing, and providing symptom management.
• Document clinical evaluations and treatments in the electronic health record (Athena Health).
• Coordinate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure policy adherence and high-quality care in an innovative setting.
• Coordinate additional care with After Care, house calls teams, or Medical Partners as needed.
• Provide patient- and family-centered communication; address questions with empathy and professionalism.
• Contribute to team efforts by completing related operational projects as needed.
• Perform related duties as requested.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program (required).
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license to practice in California (required).
• Preferred 2-3 years of PA/NP experience in emergency departments and/or urgent care centers.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn systems (e.g., Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, Humanity).
• Adaptable in a fluid, multitasking environment with strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and comfort interfacing with high-profile clientele.

Compensation

Range: $140,000 - $165,000 for 32 hours/week. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors.
