ROLE OVERVIEWThe Manager, Brand Partnerships - Men's reports directly to the Director of Brand Partnerships. This is a leadership position responsible for setting the vision, negotiating elite deals, and driving cultural relevance through strategic relationships with A‑list celebrities, top‑tier male athletes, musicians, and mega‑influencers whose influence defines the market. The Manager is also responsible for determining the overall partnership and brand strategy with the Director of Brand Partnerships, which they will execute with the wider team.
Responsibilities- Elite Talent Acquisition: Lead the proactive identification, pitching, and negotiation of exclusive, high‑value partnerships (long‑term collaborations, major endorsements, and capsule collections) with male talent that guarantees significant brand lift and media coverage.
- Cultural Market Positioning Expansion: Develop and execute an overarching strategy to secure the brand's position as the undisputed go‑to destination for top tier talent including but not limited to male celebrities, athletes, musicians, and major cultural figures. Drive brand expansion and penetrate new markets to secure new avenues of growth.
- Relationship Ownership: Serve as the contact for high‑level management, agents, and publicists, leveraging existing relationships to secure talent ahead of competitors and maintain ongoing, productive communication.
- Signature Campaign Ideation: Work closely with the Creative Team to initiate and champion high‑impact campaign concepts that integrate secured talent with major product launches and cultural moments, maximizing ROI and driving earned media value (EMV).
- Strategic Vetting Inclusion: Conduct sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analysis on prospective talent's cultural velocity, brand affinity, and audience overlap to ensure every investment delivers optimal relevance. This includes actively working to address brand blind spots and areas where the brand is missing exposure or brand inclusion.
- Cross‑Functional Strategy: Work closely with the Creative, Merchandising, and Executive teams, as well as the Director of Brand Partnerships and the Legal team, to ensure talent strategies are integrated seamlessly into the overall business calendar and product lifecycle.
- Event and Activation Support: Secure major talent to attend events and activations for the brand, whether it be organic or paid. Attend and support across all events and activations as needed. Will need to be available and willing to work outside regular hours as needed.
- Performance Accountability: Oversee the tracking and final reporting on all top‑tier men's partnerships, using performance data to continuously refine and optimize the brand's talent acquisition model.
- Mentorship: Provide strategic guidance to junior team members involved in talent research and execution, fostering a culture of cultural awareness and excellence.
