Job Details

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and general negligence claims
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when necessary
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance
• Work collaboratively with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, court rules, and firm policies

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar
• 1+ years of experience handling personal injury cases (litigation experience preferred)
• Preferred experience handling catastrophic injury or complex injury cases
