We have partnered with a premere law firm seeking an organized, detail-orientedPersonal Injury Case Manager to join their growing legal team. The ideal candidate will manage a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, ensuring each case is handled with care, efficiency, and professionalism. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to coordinate case activities and move cases toward resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client intakes and gather necessary documentation
Coordinate client medical treatment and follow-up care
Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
Maintain accurate case files, track case deadlines, and manage liens
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates
Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other third parties
Assist attorneys in preparing demand letters, settlement packages, and legal documentation
Draft correspondence, track expenses, and prepare case summaries
Monitor case status and proactively manage tasks to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, legal assistant, or paralegal role (personal injury experience required/preferred)
Knowledge of personal injury legal process, insurance claims, and medical terminology
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high caseload in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field
