Mass Tort Attorney

We are a nationally recognized and award-winning plaintiffs’ law firm based in Los Angeles. Our growing firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2-5 years litigation experience to join our mass tort team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in mass tort and the ability to manage a demanding caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation includes a competitive base based on experience + discretionary bonus

Role can be remote/hybrid based on candidate location and experience.

• Handle all aspects of tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex mass tort cases.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
• Manage client communications and ensure compliance with Case Management Orders (CMOs).
• Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and experts to develop and execute case strategies.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, including proven work in mass tort cases.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload with precision and efficiency.
• Team-oriented with excellent organizational and client-relations skills.
