Civil Litigation Attorney (Contract-to-Permanent)

James L. Reynolds, Esq., a respected civil litigation and trial attorney in Beverly Hills, seeks an experienced and skilled Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to assist in handling complex and high-value litigation matters
. This is a full-time employment position. You will work closely on a diverse caseload, including supporting high-stakes trial work
. This opportunity is ideal for a capable and motivated attorney looking to grow with an expanding practice.

• Schedule: Full-Time Position & No Remote (Annually 1800 Billable & Collectable Hours)

  40 hours/week
• Compensation: Annual $130,000 to $180,000, plus bonus (based on experience and demonstrated skill)

• Assist with high-value, complex civil litigation and trial preparation (federal and state)
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery, memorandums, and correspondence
• Analyze legal issues and develop strategic approaches to litigation and trial
• Manage deadlines and case progression under minimal supervision
• Collaborate directly with principal attorney on litigation and trial matters

• JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Civil litigation experience mandatory
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex legal issues independently
• Positive, pleasant and calm attitude
