We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic and fast-paced legal team. • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a strong track record of success.
• Proficient in legal research with a strong understanding of state and federal laws and court procedures.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal strategies to clients and other legal professionals.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to resolve disputes favorably.
• High level of professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A commitment to ethical standards and a high level of integrity.

• Managing all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Conducting extensive and complex legal research to support case preparation and provide legal advice.
• Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
• Developing strategies for efficient and effective case management towards favorable resolutions.
• Negotiating settlements in alignment with client’s needs and goals.
• Maintaining current knowledge of changes in legislation.
• Providing legal advice to clients, presenting case law, and making recommendations based on research.
• Liaising with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
