Intake Specialist

Hourly Rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a discretionary year-end bonus.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Conduct interviews with potential clients, witnesses, and third parties
• Screen leads and assist with client sign-ups
• Organize new case files, including retainer agreements and supporting documents
• Conduct market research and assist in lead generation strategies
• Create and manage online ads (Google, social media, etc.)
• Support attorneys and staff with various legal administrative tasks

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proven intake or lead screening experience in a law firm or high-call-volume setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software
• Knowledge of legal office operations
• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
