Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a busy Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
Responsibilities- Assist with case management and legal document preparation
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Request and organize medical records and bills
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Prior paralegal or legal secretary experience (PI preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
