Law​/Legal Associate, Legal Counsel

This is a full-time Associate role based on-site at our Beverly Hills, CA office. The Associate will manage diverse legal cases across key practice areas, including employment, intellectual property, and entertainment. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings, analyzing complex legal issues, and representing clients during negotiations and court proceedings. The role entails client communication, providing strategic advice, and ensuring the timely execution of legal tasks to meet client objectives.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in drafting legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and other related materials
• Proficiency in negotiation and dispute resolution, with the ability to handle high-pressure and complex situations
• Expertise in employment law, intellectual property, entertainment, and real estate law is highly desirable
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Licensed to practice law in California with strong knowledge of California laws and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
