This role offers hands‑on experience with a broad range of family law matters including divorce, custody disputes, support cases, and property division. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys while advocating for clients during some of the most critical moments of their lives.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage a diverse caseload with opportunities for direct client interaction.
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with precision.
  • Conduct research to build strong legal arguments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the court.
  • Confidently represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and trials both in court and virtually.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
  • Are a newly licensed California attorney (0–1 years of experience).
  • Have previous exposure to family law through internships, clerkships, or paralegal roles.
  • Possess strong writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Are organized, resilient, and ready to learn.
