Supervisor, Real Estate Development – Beverly Hills

Job Summary - In the Office in Beverly Hills

We are seeking an on site detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor to support our real estate development and project management operations. This role will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing development projects, track deal pipelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights throughout the project lifecycle—from land acquisition to project close-out.

The ideal candidate understands the complexities of real estate development, including project timelines, budgets, approvals, vendors, and stakeholders.

Administration & Configuration

• Administer and maintain pipeline, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Configure custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts to support real estate development and project management workflows
• Manage data integrity, imports, exports, and ongoing data quality initiatives
• Land acquisition and deal pipeline tracking
• Development project milestones, schedules, and dependencies
• Budget tracking, cost forecasting, and change orders
• Vendor, consultant, and contractor management
• Customize Salesforce to reflect project lifecycle stages (e.g., feasibility, design, permitting, construction, close-out)
• Support integration of Salesforce with project management, finance, and document management systems

Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executives, project managers, and development teams
• Provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, timelines, and financial performance
• Analyze system usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and adoption

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting real estate development, construction, or project-based organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Year 1 is a contract with a scope- not salaried.
