IT Business Analyst

Overview

Akkodis is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Beverly Hills, CA
. The ideal candidate requires deep experience in IT infrastructure/application discovery, along with preparing structured implementation work packages and ensuring governance compliance.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Conduct comprehensive IT audits and discovery for acquired entities, identifying infrastructure, applications, and interdependencies critical to integration planning.
• Develop detailed IT discovery documentation and mapping to support integration strategies and downstream technical execution.
• Collaborate with business units, project managers, and technical teams to validate findings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment on scope.
• Prepare structured, actionable work packages for implementation engineers, ensuring clarity, completeness, and readiness for execution.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation standards throughout discovery and handoff processes.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from discovery to integration execution within the M&A workstream.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT discovery, IT audit, infrastructure/application assessments, or M&A integration support.
• Strong ability to conduct IT audits and capture detailed infrastructure, application, and dependency data for integration planning.
• Proven experience preparing structured, actionable work packages and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition from discovery to execution.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
