Operations Manager

Block Trust is a fast-growing digital asset investment platform specializing in managed cryptocurrency IRAs & brokerage accounts. As we scale, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to own and optimize our inbound funding operations.

This role sits at the center of our growth engine, working closely with Sales, IRA Processing, and ownership to ensure inbound capital moves efficiently, accurately, and on time.

• Track and manage all inbound IRA rollovers from initiation to funding
• Optimize inbound flow by identifying bottlenecks and improving processes
• Coordinate daily with Sales and IRA Processing teams to ensure seamless handoffs
• Maintain real-time visibility into rollover status, timelines, and funding progress
• Report key operational metrics and insights directly to ownership

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or process optimization
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Strong cross-team communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership
