Salary Range: $170,000–$180,000

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team as we continue to mature and scale our cloud and hybrid infrastructure. This role requires a strong architectural mindset and a deep understanding of how infrastructure, security, identity, data, and networking work together to support business objectives.

• Lead the design and deployment of secure, scalable, and resilient hybrid cloud solutions across on-premise, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Develop and execute cloud strategies aligned with business goals and compliance requirements
• Architect complex file systems and data management solutions to optimize performance, security, and accessibility

• Implement and manage data governance and protection technologies in partnership with Information Security, including:
  • Microsoft Purview
  • DLP solutions
• Define and enforce data protection policies, access controls, and audit mechanisms across enterprise systems
• Design cloud networking and application architectures that improve user experience, performance, and availability
• Collaborate closely with security teams to ensure solutions are compliant, secure, and resilient against emerging threats

• Use strong optimization, monitoring, and reporting skills to drive data-based decision making
• Continuously assess cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and reliability improvements
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting to identify and resolve issues early
• Partner with IT, security, legal, and business stakeholders to align cloud initiatives with organizational objectives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff on cloud architecture and best practices

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise or hybrid environments
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio
  • Azure / Entra , including Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Conditional Access policies and Microsoft Authenticator
  • Azure virtual networks, peering, and routing
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, identity, and governance concepts

• Experience with Azure Site Recovery and/or Zerto
• Background in regulated or compliance-driven environments
