Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced, impeccably polished Hospitality Manager to lead the hospitality experience at the House of Dior with elegance, warmth, and precision. The ideal candidate is a master of guest relations, deeply attuned to the expectations of VIC clientele, celebrities, and taste makers. They will be the connectivity between the House of Dior boutique and the restaurant—cultivating a world‑class hospitality experience rooted in discretion, excellence, and grace.
- Serve as the primary ambassador of the guest experience from arrival to departure
- Build strong, personalized relationships with VIC clientele, fashion industry leaders, and returning guests
- Lead and inspire the front‑of‑house team to maintain the highest standards of service, attire, and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless service and storytelling that reflects both Christian Dior and Dominique Crenn’s brand ethos
- Assist in restaurant related reporting
- Resolve guest concerns discreetly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure
- Stay informed about special events, Dior launches, and high‑profile visits; anticipate and plan for elevated service needs
- Greet and seat guests with poise, charm, and efficiency, ensuring a flawless first and last impression
- Coordinate and manage reservations using advanced booking systems, optimizing table assignments to enhance service flow and guest satisfaction
- Uphold strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a senior front‑of‑house leadership role or Maître d’ at a Michelin‑starred or luxury fine dining restaurant
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and Los Angeles’ elite clientele
- Polished, fashion‑forward appearance in keeping with the Dior brand
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in reservation platforms and CRM tools
- Fluency in French is a plus; multilingual abilities preferred
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
