As a leading hotel in the luxury market, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is looking for a Spa Concierge to join the Spa Team at this beautiful property. This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel has 170 rooms, 6,300 square feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets, including an elevated Mediterranean restaurant, a rooftop restaurant, lobby lounge, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: The pay rate for this position is $26.17 per hour. After successful completion of 9 months of employment, the pay rate will increase to 90%, per the collective bargaining agreement.

As a Spa Concierge you would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and relaxing environment for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Answer phones and make Spa reservations
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of work area including, but not limited to, cleaning the locker rooms and fitness area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Conduct financial transactions, as needed
• Perform general Spa duties, as needed
• Assist guest in spa with retail purchases
