We are seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy, and talented Orthopedic Specialty Home Health Services Physical Therapist in Southern California. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about providing high-quality care within a collaborative team environment, utilizing the latest technological advances.

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Physical Therapist to join our home health care team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one therapy to patients in their homes.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • The position covers the following Los Angeles areas:
    Culver City, Santa Monica, Inglewood, El Segundo, Beverly Hills, Venice, Downtown Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Mid-City, Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Westchester, and surrounding areas.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy and education to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and families about therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and safety practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and treatment records.
