Responsibilities
- Screen, enroll, and educate patients about trial protocols, manage appointments, and collect follow-up data.
- Protocol Adherence: Ensure all study activities (drug administration, data collection) strictly follow the study protocol and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Data Management: Collect, enter, and manage accurate study data; communicate with labs about results.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work with Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and sponsors to maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work with doctors, nurses, and other staff; train new personnel; and communicate with sponsors and regulatory bodies.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage study budgets, supplies, and development of recruitment materials.
