Physical Therapist (PT)
VITALE NURSING INC invites an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our concierge healthcare team in Los Angeles County. The role focuses on delivering exceptional in‑home therapeutic care to high‑profile clients, emphasizing mobility, pain reduction, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patient conditions, needs, and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other providers for coordinated care and progress reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal guidelines.
- Deliver discretion and professionalism while caring for high‑profile clients.
- Stay current on PT practices through continuing education and team training.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current California Physical Therapist License in good standing.
- 1+ year of experience as a licensed PT (private duty or concierge preferred).
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques, manual therapy, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and the care team.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including high‑profile clientele, while maintaining confidentiality.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience in concierge or private‑duty PT settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Certifications in orthopedics, sports therapy, or manual therapy.
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and patient assistance.
- Per Diem – flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Compensation:
Per Visit. - Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
