we are currently seeking an experienced, poised, and professional applicant for a full-time medical assistant at our multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center.
candidate profile- must be punctual, reliable, and highly organized
- detail orientated
- proactive
- maintain poise under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ability to problem-solve patient care issues or scheduling issues
- excellent verbal and communication skills
- knowledge of basic anatomy
- team player ability to mulitask
- tech savy
- proficient or experienced in the following programs
- windows 10 and newer versions
- google related apps
- microsoft word, or excel
- proficient or experienced in the following programs
- positive and professional demeanor
- patient intake
- assisting surgery staff
- creating/scanning patient charts
- coordinating and scheduling medical staff for calendar surgeries.
