About Us
One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. We’re on a mission to transform healthcare, improving the experience for patients, providers, employers and health networks. Our in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses and mental health concerns have been delivering value for the past fifteen years.
In February 2023 we joined Amazon to deliver care to more consumers and care teams while continuing to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.
As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (internally known as Lab Services Specialist/Member Support Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional patient experience by performing venipuncture and other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, ensuring a positive in-office experience and maintaining a brand-aligned lobby environment. You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide additional support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.
You are a strong team player with innovative problem-solving skills. You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills, both at the front desk and in the lab. You communicate clearly in writing and speech, identify opportunities for customer-centric solutions, and bring empathy, focus and compassion to interactions with patients and teammates. You thrive on feedback and growth and respond nimbly to patient and team needs.
You are committed to helping others and creating positive moments for members and colleagues. If this sounds like you, we’d love to connect.
