This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with future growth opportunities. the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to deliver high‑level financial and operational support to our clients while representing FBMM with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys managing complex financial workflows, and excels at building trusted client relationships.
As an Account Executive, you will serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service across all engagements.
What You'll Do- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, representatives, and client employees, communicating clearly and professionally
- Prepare and review budgets, cash flow projections, financial reports, supplemental schedules, and year‑end worksheets
- Complete and review individual and corporate tax projections (including multi‑state) and coordinate timely tax preparation submissions
- Oversee and reconcile hard ticket settlements, merchandising statements, royalty trackers, and commission processes
- Review royalty statements and perform basic desk audits and related financial analyses
- Manage client payroll processing, new hire documentation, and required checklists
- Assist with insurance renewals, property coverage updates, and significant business or personal transactions
- Proactively manage foreign touring considerations, including insurance coordination and tax mitigation preparation
- Conduct special reporting and research projects, communicating findings clearly and concisely
- Independently manage recurring responsibilities and maintain smooth team workflows
- May oversee and support Client Specialists through training coordination, workflow management, coaching, and performance reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, or business management
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, tax projections, and reconciliation processes
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage ongoing responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
- Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing more than 10 pounds
