Payments & Financial Operations Manager | Healthcare Fintech (Remote, LA-based)

Currently recruiting for healthcare fintech looking for a Payments & Financial Operations leader to own complex payment flows and reconciliations in a high-volume environment.

Your primary focus:

+ End-to-end payments (settlements, chargebacks, disputes, refunds)

+ Complex structures (advances, factoring)

+ Daily-monthly reconciliations in Net Suite (GL + reporting)

+ Payment facilitators & banking integrations (Plaid, Yodlee, etc.)

+ Building scalable, automated processes that hold up at 10x-30x growth

What we're looking for:

+ Strong Net Suite experience

+ Deep payments + GAAP fundamentals

+ Comfortable with high-dollar, high-volume transactions

+ Builder mindset (automation, SOPs, clean audit trails)

Logistics:

+ Remote-first

+ Must live near Los Angeles (1-2 in-person meetings/month)

Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial operations.

- Expertise in coding invoices, check runs, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

- Proficiency in managing accounts payable systems, including Net Suite.

- Strong understanding of revenue recognition, liabilities, accruals, and cash flow management.

- Ability to handle complex payment arrangements such as advances and factoring.

- Familiarity with payment facilitators and banking integrations, including platforms like Plaid and Yodlee.

- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, including the use of complex formulas.

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation tools.
