A fast-growing consumer brand portfolio is looking for a hands-on Creative Director, Brand to own and elevate brand identity across three distinct brands. You’ll be the central steward of brand strategy and expression, partnering closely with peer Creative Directors in UX, Digital & Events, and Content to ensure every touchpoint is on-brand, compelling, and consistent.
This role is ideal for a seasoned creative leader with a strong agency and/or CPG background who loves building and scaling brand systems, leading teams, and working side-by-side with executive leadership.
What You’ll Own:- Lead and evolve branding for three brands, creating clear, differentiated identities for each.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, brand bibles, and brand audits across all channels.
- Establish and enforce brand governance, standards, and review processes.
- Partner closely with UX, Digital & Events, and Content leaders to deliver cohesive 360° creative.
- Drive brand storytelling across campaigns, eCommerce, performance marketing, and more.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire brand-focused designers and writers.
- Balance long-term brand building with conversion- and growth-driven creative.
- 10–12+ years of brand-focused creative experience.
- Strong agency background; experience working across multiple brands is a plus.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brand systems and design systems (guidelines, decks, color palettes, toolkits).
- Experience with product- or commerce-driven brands (CPG or similar).
- Background in managing and developing creative teams; known as a hands-on, collaborative leader.
- Strong conceptual thinking and exceptional creative judgment, with the ability to advocate for the brand at all levels.
- Own the brand vision across a multi-brand portfolio with national visibility.
- Partner closely with peer Creative Directors and marketing leadership, including the CMO.
- Shape how each brand shows up across every channel and touchpoint.
