The Opportunity

Meme House LA is seeking a bold and versatile Graphic Designer/ (for socials) to join our Marketing Team. Our work sits at the intersection of crypto, streaming media, and digital culture, and we need a designer who can bring that world to life visually. You’ll create assets that engage audiences across social, streaming, and community – helping shape our voice in the culture of digital media.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms.
  • Develop engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of design and content.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies through visual storytelling.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
  • Participate in feedback sessions to improve design and content quality.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Contribute to team meetings with innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Develop visuals for pitch decks, partnership presentations, and investor communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Translate data or complex ideas into simple, compelling visual formats.
  • Manage multiple design projects at once and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Occasionally cross‑collaborate with other departments for visuals, content, design, graphic needs.
Experience / Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, X/Twitter, Linked In) and emerging visual trends
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Ability to design for digital‑first formats including social media posts, email graphics, ads, and presentations
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple design projects and deadlines
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and visual storytelling
  • Strong communication skills; able to collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, events, and content teams.
  • Proactive, self‑starter attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred
  • Experience with video editing and short‑form social media content preferre
  • Familiarity with collaborative design platforms (Figma, Notion, or project management tools)
  • Prior experience supporting marketing activations, events, or influencer/creator campaigns
  • Awareness of SEO, paid media, and how design impacts performance
