Social Media Manager, TikTok Beauty

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with deep experience in Tik Tok short‑form beauty content. This role is responsible for creating, producing, and publishing 3–5 high‑quality, on‑trend pieces of Tik Tok content per day for a new beauty channel. You will own the full creative process, including ideation, filming, editing, optimization, and daily publishing.

• Produce, shoot, and edit 3–5 high‑quality short‑form Tik Tok videos per day.
• Ensure content is aligned with creative direction and priorities set by senior leadership, ensuring consistency in voice, aesthetics, and messaging.
• Manage end‑to‑end production including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing with fast turnaround.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all content.
• Own day‑to‑day execution of the Tik Tok beauty channel, ensuring steady output and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to align on content pillars, creative direction, and posting cadence.
• Implement platform best practices and beauty‑specific trends into daily content workflows.

• Monitor and respond to comments to foster an active and loyal beauty audience.
• Identify strong audience conversations and convert them into new content angles or series.

• Track daily performance metrics (views, watch‑through, engagement rate, conversion signals).
• Use analytics to iterate quickly on what works and phase out underperforming formats.
• Provide insights to leadership on content trends, audience behavior, and opportunities to scale.

• 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a heavy focus on Tik Tok.
• Demonstrated success in growing Tik Tok beauty channels (brand, creator, or agency side).
• Deep knowledge of the beauty space: ingredients, product categories, formats, and community norms.
• Proven ability to produce high‑volume content output without sacrificing quality.
• Strong proficiency with short‑form video editing tools (Cap Cut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.).
• Excellent on‑camera and/or behind‑camera storytelling instincts.
• Highly creative, resourceful, and fast‑moving; thrives in rapid production environments.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and Tik Tok analytics.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, delivering consistent daily output.
