Overview
Training Period in the United States: 1–3 years
Overview: The Corporate Fellowship Program is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and a deep understanding of business operations within our U.S. subsidiaries. Through on-the-job training in the United States, Fellows will gain valuable insights into our overseas business operations, corporate culture, and strategic initiatives.
Upon completion of the U.S.
-based training period, Fellows are expected to leverage their experience and knowledge to support the Company’s U.S. business from Japan headquarters. This program aims to develop future leaders who can serve as a vital link between headquarters and overseas operations.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, corporate culture, and strategy within U.S. subsidiaries
- Develop industry-related knowledge and professional skills
- Participate in and support ongoing projects across various functions
- Specific responsibilities will be determined through the selection process based on the Fellow’s interests, skills, and suitability.
Key Responsibilities at the Japan Headquarters
- Overseas Business Department:
Management of overseas subsidiaries and subsidiaries, business support. - Human Resources Department:
Planning and execution of global talent strategies, supporting overseas group companies through HR operations, etc. - Corporate Planning Department:
Industry/company/competitor analysis, gathering internal and external information, and new business development for the entire group, etc.
Final assignment will be determined based on the Fellow’s interests, skills, and organizational needs.
