Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Beverly Hills, CA, for an Assistant Bookkeeper. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, and handling journal entries. The Assistant Bookkeeper will also work with AgilLInk accounting software to ensure accurate and organized financial documentation.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and creating Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Finance principles
- Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment in Beverly Hills, CA
- Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is highly advantageous
