Billing Specialist

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Biller to join our clients accounting team in Beverly Hills. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-5 years of billing experience who are looking to grow within a stable and collaborative environment.

As a Biller, you will be responsible for managing accurate and timely billing processes, preparing invoices, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies. You'll work closely with the Controller and a small accounting team to maintain efficiency and accuracy in all billing activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of billing or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus, but not required

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time
• Maintain billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Verify billing data, contracts, and rates for accuracy
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding billing questions
• Support month-end reporting processes related to billing
