Multi Skilled Tradesperson

Kube Renovations Ltd are looking for a multi-skilled tradesperson to join their expanding refurbishment business, specializing in residential works. A keen self-starter, with a focus on customer care, adept at managing your own time, you’ll be well used to working on refurbishment projects with or without assistance. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and good communication are essential. Also, smart personal appearance is also required.

• Basic plumbing, joinery, patch plastering, decorating
• Bathroom Fitting
• Flooring Fitting
• Kitchen Fitting
• General Maintenance and Repairs
• Wall Tiling
• Repairs, snagging, small refurb works

• Proven multi-trade experience
• Housing or property maintenance experience is preferred
• Own tools
• Proven experience as a Multi Trader, Multi-Skilled Operative, or similar role
• Strong competency in at least two core trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling etc.)
• Experience working in social housing environments (occupied and void properties) is preferred
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Full UK driving licence

• £18 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• All additional hours paid
