Location: East Yorkshire - Hybrid working options
Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a Bid Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality bids within a construction environment, supporting successful wins across public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage bids from opportunity assessment to final submission.
- Develop win strategies and value propositions.
- Coordinate inputs from estimating, design, commercial and operations teams.
- Produce PQQs, ITTs, SQs and framework submissions.
- Ensure bids are compliant and delivered to deadline.
- Lead bid reviews and post-bid feedback.
- Experience in construction bid management and writing
- Strong understanding of construction procurement routes.
- Excellent writing and organisation skills.
- Confident communicator with commercial awareness.
- Construction-related degree or equivalent experience (professional memberships advantageous).
