ICT Officer Level 3 Schools (Grade 5B)

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused ICT Officer to support our school based ICT services. In this role, you'll provide hands on technical support across a range of systems, with a key focus on School Management Information Systems (MIS) and day-to-day desktop and application support. You'll work closely with colleagues and school staff to ensure systems run smoothly, resolve technical issues, and help maintain high standards of service delivery.

A key part of this role is delivering training and guidance to users, helping staff develop confidence in MIS and other ICT systems. You'll bring experience in at least four technical areas-such as MIS support, application delivery, desktop support, or customer advice-and be able to communicate clearly, work under pressure, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach.
