Do you have a passion for supporting people and making a meaningful difference in the lives? We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Carer Support Worker to join our team and help deliver high quality, person-centred support to carers within our community.

About the Role

As a Carer Support Worker, you will play a vital role in identifying, supporting, and empowering unpaid carers. You will work directly with carers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and help them access the right support services. This includes undertaking carers  assessments, offering practical and emotional support, and working collaboratively with other professionals and organisations.

Your work will help ensure carers feel valued, supported, and able to maintain their own wellbeing while fulfilling their caring responsibilities.

What We re Looking For

• Feels confident using IT systems, especially Excel and Word
• Is organised, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively
• Believes in person-centred support and empowering others
• Shows strong empathy and the ability to build meaningful, supportive relationships with others
