Join us on an exciting journey as a Team Manager in our Pathway (Leaving Care) Team in Beverley. In this full-time locum role, you’ll be leading a dynamic team that supports children who are looked after and care leavers, including young people aged 16 to 25 as well as unaccompanied asylum seekers and refugees. • Lead and manage the Pathway Team, ensuring that all staff receive proper support and supervision.

• Analyse and monitor the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
