Up to £36,000 per annum

Shape the Future of the Land-Based Industry by bringing industry expertise into teaching. We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Engineer or Plant Technician who wants to inspire the next generation without requiring prior teaching experience.

• Guide Level 1 to Level 3 students and apprentices through their journey into Land-Based Engineering.
• Deliver hands-on practical demonstrations and supervise technical tasks in the workshop.
• Teach the vital theory behind the machinery in the classroom.

• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  A strong background as a Land-Based Engineer, Technician, or Agricultural/Plant Machinery specialist.
• Qualifications:
  
  A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Land-Based Engineering or a closely related field.
• Communication:
  Ability to explain complex mechanical concepts to young learners and apprentices.
• No Teaching Experience? No Problem. The right candidate can be supported to transition from the workshop to the classroom with fully funded teaching qualification and ongoing support.
