Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking for an autonomous role working on specialist Modular Building projects within a leading company who offer a company bonus and a broad range of progression opportunities to senior roles?

This company are a leading provider of Modular buildings for temporary and permanent use with a presence across the UK. They have seen major growth since their establishment whilst building a loyal client base across numerous industries including education, government and infrastructure and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this varied role you will be working on projects for permanent modular buildings undertaking a range of project work, including negotiating tenders and preparing quotations. You will work closely with site teams, senior leadership and other key stakeholders as you work both in office and on site with some hybrid work.

This exciting role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to join a leading company who offer a company bonus and the chance for ongoing progression in the business.

• Work on permanent Modular Building projects
• Carry out primarily surveying work with some PM responsibilities
• Preparing Quotations and negotiate tenders
• Liaise with other departments, clients and stakeholders
• 37hour week, 1 day WFH, early finish on a Friday
