A busy general practice in Beverley seeks a Care Navigation and Reception team member to be the first point of contact for patients, handling telephone and desk inquiries. You will manage administration duties, process appointment requests, and assist with various patient services. The role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with a GCSE level 4 or equivalent in Maths and English.

This position offers a part-time schedule of 22.5 hours across three days a week.
