Purpose:

* Primary purpose is to coordinate and organize office activity to ensure completion of all clerical and secretarial functions for the Department. Duties include scheduling patients, answering a multi-line phone, tracking databases on spreadsheets, assisting therapists with clerical functions to ensure financial reimbursement.
