The Float Pool eph Hospital provides the opportunity for experienced nurses (RN) to work throughout our hospital in a variety of units.

• Be responsible for floating between the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry departments
• Assess, monitor, administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patient population
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education.

• Passion for Medical-Surgical Nursing and caring for a diverse patient population
• Previous acute care nursing (RN) experience preferred
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
• Licensure:
  New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
• Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.

USD $55.22 - USD $63.68 /Hr.
