Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Aerospace Worldwide Shipping Clerk to join our team in Bethpage. This role is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments of aerospace components, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation. • Prepare and process domestic and international shipping documentation
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and carriers
• Ensure compliance with aerospace, export, and customs regulations (ITAR/EAR knowledge a plus)
• Package aerospace components according to specifications and safety standards
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/shipping systems
• Communicate with internal departments regarding shipment status and priorities

• 1–3 years of shipping/receiving experience (aerospace or manufacturing preferred)
• Experience with international shipping documentation and freight carriers
• Familiarity with export compliance regulations (ITAR/EAR preferred)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
