Location: 4250 Hempstead Turnpike, Bethpage, NY (Nassau County; outpatient clinic)

Salary: $84,000 – $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign‑on bonuses: Available

Job type: Full‑time (Mon‑Fri, 40 hrs per week)

Schedule: Mon & Wed 12 PM‑8 PM, Tue & Thu 7 AM‑3 PM, Friday 10 AM‑6 PM

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction & identify underlying causes via patient history & physical exam
• Collaboratively develop & adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs & lifestyle
• Deliver skilled interventions (therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, modalities) to improve function & reduce pain
• Track meaningful patient outcomes & adjust approach based on progress & clinical presentation
• Serve as trusted resource & advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State (good standing)
• CPR & first aid certification required
• Experience with general outpatient orthopedics (licensed PT or clinical rotation for new graduates)
