Salary $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Type Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Mon and Wed 12PM-8PM, Tue and Thurs 7AM-3PM, and Friday 10am-6PM)

Location 4250 Hempstead Turnpike, Bethpage, NY (Nassau County; outpatient clinic)

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout recovery journey

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in New York State
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Experience with general outpatient orthopedics, either as a licensed Physical Therapist or during clinical rotations for new graduates
