Nursing Supervisor ( RN Per Diem

• Be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the hospital.
• Be accountable for fiscal and operational aspects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Maintain high standards of practice in patient care areas.
• Act as hospital administrator on duty in the absence of the President or Vice President.
• Report to the Vice President/Assistant Vice President of Nursing.

• NYS RN license and registration required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Two to five years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, ability to work under stress, and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Previous clinical nursing supervision experience in an acute care, hospital-based setting preferred.

USD $58.00 – $63.00 per hour. The range is a good‑faith estimate; actual pay will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. It does not include differential pay or other forms of compensation, nor the value of benefits.
