We are seeking a NYC DEP Asbestos Investigator to join our Bethpage, NY team! Come join us!

• To conduct AHERA inspections in schools throughout the five Boroughs
• Prepare Management Plan Reports
• Work in Teams of Two - 1 NYCDEP Investigator & 1 NYSDOL Inspector
• Work from 3pm to12 midnight Monday through Friday
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years experience performing AHERA inspections and preparation of AHERA Management Plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a valid NYC DEP Asbestos Investigation Certificate and a NYSDOL Inspector & Management Plan Certificates

• Proficient in reading and sketching drawings
• Skilled in using software like Microsoft office and be familiar with other applications relevant to AHERA Management Plan Reports

• Detail Oriented
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

$83,200 - $93,600 annually

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state’s law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
