Security Officer - Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, drivers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the warehouse, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions;
Monitor and document access to the location by verifying identification, controlling entry and exit points, issuing visitor instructions, and maintaining logs for deliveries, pickups, and contractor activity;
Respond to alarms, disputes, suspicious activity, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or public responders as needed;
Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant updates during shift change to support continuity of security-related operations
