Production Associate

1st Shift Production Associate needed in Bethlehem, PA!

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Bethlehem, PA in their search for a Production Associate.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $21/ hr
• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  - Friday 7a-3:30p, Saturday as needed
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Load steel and aluminum coils onto the uncoiler using an overhead crane
• Feed raw material into the roll-forming machine and monitor the forming process
• Conduct in-process inspections to verify profiles meet drawing specifications
• Adjust roll-forming equipment as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy
• Stack and bundle finished products onto skids or wagons
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in the use and reading of digital calipers
• Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in a metalworking environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
